To increase awareness of Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Health (IH/OH) as a career, InTERACCT is offering a one-week onsite summer intensive experiential learning opportunity for a small group of qualified undergraduate juniors and seniors in STEM programs.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program will run Monday through Friday, June 3-7, 2024. Each day will include interactive exercises led by technical experts, lunchtime sessions with guest speakers from professional practice and current student trainees, and leadership training.
The goal of this program is for you to gain awareness about the field of Occupational Hygiene as a post graduate career path through experiential learning and skills development, and about the graduate programs and supports available.
From this program, you will:
- Build technical and leadership skills that enhance your marketability.
- Grow your professional network.
- Obtain hands on experience with direct reading instruments for measuring airborne contaminants.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Undergrad junior or senior enrolled in a STEM program
(priority consideration given to underrepresented minority students) - Academic standing: GPA of 3.0 or greater
